Nothing on this site is an offer to provide services. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement.

Payments

Agreed services can be paid by card on our payment page. You choose the service, enter the amount agreed with our team and your billing details, and pay on a secure checkout processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

A refund or cancellation must be requested within 3 days of purchase, including purchases made through a financing or pay-later provider. After that the service is treated as delivered and accepted, and no refund is available. Details are in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The Veltrix name, logo, design and content belong to Veltrix Global Solutions LLC. Please don’t reproduce them without permission.

Acceptable use

• Don’t try to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to the site.
• Don’t submit false information or harmful content through our forms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Veltrix Solutions is not liable for loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms, and any payment made through this website, are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts for the City and County of Denver, Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
